The helpfulness and guidance by the fellas here was great and allowed me to look at the vans without feeling any pressure, so I could take my time and make up my mind. Unfortunately I can't remember names, but the process was as easy as could be, and leaving with the BlueChip cover in place has allowed me to have 6 months of peace of mind that if anything does occur with the van, it wont be a problem to get it sorted. I have had the van for a month now, and I couldn't be happier with it. Great quality van.
