Before I contacted HTS I read some negative reviews as these are the ones that would concern me. I went with the attitude that if it was a bad experience I would definitely give them a bad review, but I went with an open mind. From beginning to end I was very pleased and nothing went wrong. If I was to suggest an even more pleasant experience I would have to say it would have been better without the coarse language. I hate swearing and never use it despite working in industries that use it all the time. However, after buying cars all my life, I never expected anything different and I will not downgrade the review from 5 stars based on that. One other suggestion would be to redecorate the office and lose the furniture. You have a huge value of stock on your plot; surely a makeover wouldn’t break the bank! It would make a more pleasant experience for your customers. All said and done, you know where you are with the owner and the whole purchase was a good one. Oh; and I love the van I purchased. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend HTS! Regards Steve
