Bought a van on finance from Heathrow Trade Sales, picked up one evening, when I got home (in Bath) I noticed quite a few issues with it, so contacted them and they agreed to take the van back and sort for me, while giving me a loan van (of which was completely battered and filthy) they had it for over two weeks, I went to pick it up and only a few of the issues were actually sorted, the rest were just bodged or covered up, not something I expect from paying £14k for the van. I’ve decided to keep the van and do the repairs myself. Too much hassle taking it 2hrs there and back all the time and quite frankly don’t trust their workmanship. If I could have gave zero stars then I would have.

Service was ok..they put look like new van pictures for advertising. When I reached there it was not same van like pictures. Still I buy it because I travel from Manchester to London no option.
