Before I contacted HTS I read some negative reviews as these are the ones that would concern me. I went with the attitude that if it was a bad experience I would definitely give them a bad review, but I went with an open mind. From beginning to end I was very pleased and nothing went wrong. If I was to suggest an even more pleasant experience I would have to say it would have been better without the coarse language. I hate swearing and never use it despite working in industries that use it all the time. However, after buying cars all my life, I never expected anything different and I will not downgrade the review from 5 stars based on that. One other suggestion would be to redecorate the office and lose the furniture. You have a huge value of stock on your plot; surely a makeover wouldn’t break the bank! It would make a more pleasant experience for your customers. All said and done, you know where you are with the owner and the whole purchase was a good one. Oh; and I love the van I purchased. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend HTS! Regards Steve

hello sir id just like to personally thank you for your review it really does mean a lot to us as we are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience here and rest assured our team have been informed regards to swearing and been advised not to and regards to the office it does get revamped once a year normally at start of the year but does take a lot of use and does get a bit ruff round the edges as we are so busy but once again thanks so much for your custom and review

Bought a van on finance from Heathrow Trade Sales, picked up one evening, when I got home (in Bath) I noticed quite a few issues with it, so contacted them and they agreed to take the van back and sort for me, while giving me a loan van (of which was completely battered and filthy) they had it for over two weeks, I went to pick it up and only a few of the issues were actually sorted, the rest were just bodged or covered up, not something I expect from paying £14k for the van. I’ve decided to keep the van and do the repairs myself. Too much hassle taking it 2hrs there and back all the time and quite frankly don’t trust their workmanship. If I could have gave zero stars then I would have.
